I have too many pages in my header
Some themes - Regulus, Cutline, Andreas and some others - put the name of each page in the header bar. This can look good if you only have a couple of pages but if you have a lot it can get ugly. This is a way around that.
Pages can have child pages. If you already have a page, then when you write another you can choose the Page Parent.

In that example, if I choose (no parent) then the page will show in a header bar.
If I choose another page to be the Page Parent then it will not show in the header bar.
This otherwise does not affect the pages. If you have the Pages widget in the sidebar then all the pages will still be listed.
You can edit this and undo the child / parent page if you wish.
You can’t break things by trying this so if you do have a cluttered header see what it can do for you.
