Which themes can I add a header image to?

If your theme is listed below you can change the header to one of your choice.
In your blog go to Presentation > Custom Image Header

Using an image of exactly the right size will produce the best results. The links below let you download the original to use as a template. You can then change it using your favourite graphics program.

The new image should appear immediately. If it does not, contact Support but please say what the image looks like. We don’t otherwise know what to look for.
